To me listening to Hendrix feels like an electric waterfall of rainbow colors, so vibrant and pure but sometimes melding into each other so its not exactly beautiful, almost ugly, but fucking good and sexy. His sound is ethereal and spacey, bold as love, purple and hazey, gypsy-like, spanish castles magic, foxey, electric, voodoo, feminine…it’s love and war intertwined.
